Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Now They Know website and waitlist. They're written to be readable. Please read them.

1. Who you're dealing with

Now They Know is operated by Harmonium LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("we", "us"). Questions: privacy@nowtheyknow.app.

2. Early access

Now They Know is in early access. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Features, availability and prices shown on the site are planned and may change before launch. We'll show the final price clearly before you pay for anything.

3. What you submit

Only submit an app URL you own or are allowed to promote, and an email address that's yours. Don't submit anything illegal, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove entries or refuse access if these terms are broken.

4. Launch content we generate

Launch kits are drafts that AI agents write from public information about your app. You own the copy we deliver to you and can use it however you like. Before you post anything, check it for accuracy. You post it yourself, and you're responsible for following the rules of each platform (for example Product Hunt, Hacker News, Reddit, X and Indie Hackers). We don't post on your behalf.

5. No guaranteed results

We'll do our best to help your launch, but we can't promise any number of visitors, upvotes, signups or sales.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, no automated sign-ups, and no using it to send spam.

7. Our content

The site's design, text and branding belong to Harmonium LLC. You may not copy them to build a competing service.

8. Disclaimer

The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Harmonium LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim about the free waitlist is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email and app URL.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
