Privacy Policy

Short version: to join the waitlist you give us your email and your app's URL. We use them to run the waitlist and build your launch kit. We don't sell them, we don't run ads, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who we are

Now They Know is operated by Harmonium LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("we", "us"). We're responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@nowtheyknow.app.

What we collect

• Waitlist details you submit: your email address, the app URL you paste, and the time you signed up.
• Technical data needed to serve the site: our hosting provider handles standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Your IP address is used briefly for rate-limiting spam. We don't add it to your waitlist record.

We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

How we use it

• To keep your place on the waitlist and email you when your access opens.
• To look at the public app URL you gave us so we can prepare your launch kit.
• To send occasional, relevant updates about Now They Know. Every email lets you opt out.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

If you're in the UK or EU, we rely on your consent (you choose to join) and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service. You can withdraw consent at any time.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data.
• We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never ask for passwords, API keys or access to your code.

Who processes it for us

We use Vercel Inc. to host the site and to store waitlist entries in a private storage bucket. Vercel processes data in the United States on our behalf. If we add other providers (for example, to send email), we'll update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to delete them, or until the waitlist ends and we no longer need them, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop emailing you. Write to privacy@nowtheyknow.app from the address you signed up with and we'll handle it promptly. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Now They Know isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll email people on the waitlist.
